WHO ARE WE?
Neutron Insights emerges as a spin-off company from the Galician Institute of High Energy Physics (IGFAE), a center of research excellence at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) and of the Xunta de Galicia.
The founding partners bring more than 20 years of experience in technological development, supported by the laboratories and technical staff of the center.
This combination gives Neutron Insights a clear competitive edge in its field of specialization.

Yassid Ayyad Limonge
Co-founder
Graduate in Physics from the University of Valencia and PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Specialized in the development of nuclear instrumentation for Physics experiments and applications. To date, he has worked at institutions such as Michigan State University, Berkeley Lab, and the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB). Currently, he is a Ramón y Cajal fellow at IGFAE and a Lecturer at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
Pablo Cabanelas Eiras
Co-founder
Graduate in Physics and PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Specialized in nuclear instrumentation for experiments. With more than 100 publications, he has worked at prominent institutions in Spain and Germany. Expert in research units management, project management, and innovation and knowledge transfer. Currently, he is the Coordinator of Innovation and Knowledge Transfer at IGFAE, excellence research center of the CIGUS network in Galicia.

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Master’s in European Studies from Saint Petersburg State University. Ph.D. with honors in Political Marketing at the University of Santiago de Compostela. Recipient of the 2022 USC Argos Entrepreneurship Award.

Graduated in Applied Physics from the University of Cantabria, practices completed at the Oncological Center of Galicia in Hospital Radiophysics in the areas of Clinical Dosimetry, Nuclear Medicine, Radiotherapy and Brachytherapy.

Graduated in Optics and Optometry from the Complutense University of Madrid, with experience in web and software development, and training in object-oriented programming languages and relational databases.
